In 2050 mankind will have to produce 70% more food in order to feed the whole population. This might become a huge problem. Yield, an Australian startup, is collaborating with Bosch on implementing IoT in agriculture. Right now this technology is being used in the oyster industry, but hopefully in the future it could be used for much more.
