With its eight version, Foxit has, once again, paved the road to greatness and has become one of the most used free tools when it comes to working with pdf documents. The software application is an exquisite solution for viewing, editing or creating PDF documents and, throughout the years, it has proven it can be great, even superior alternative to the widely-renown Adobe Reader.

The 8.1. version allowed you to access files from your Box account or even take advantage of Foxit Archive – safe and cloud-based solution for document collaboration. 8.2 gets even better and bestows upon the users the possibility to open and view documents even before they are fully downloaded. Foxit Cloud Reading lets you view documents across all kinds of platforms and devices. Aside from the option to convert .xps files to PDFs, we were impressed with the abundance of options to post opinions or ideas on PDF documents in Discussion Board and to share and discuss them with others like minded associates. To top it off, thanks to ECM and Network Drive Support, you can now also preview non-PDF files in SharePoint and popular network drives, such as Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, and Dropbox within Reader and if the need arises, no one can stop you to automatically convert them all to PDF.
